All of us have problems. Everyone has stress. It is not easy to deal with nor to decide how to resolve your problems. Quite a few people believe it’s better to stay away from their stress, so that is what they do. It is a short term fix in most people’s opinions but it will not make the problems go away.

The better solution is to face those problems. It might be hard at initially, or it may always be difficult, but it is the best way to deal with it.

All of us at one time or another has most likely experienced back pain. If you turn the wrong way or perhaps if you lifted something incorrectly, you can easily injure yourself. He might have felt a little pull fall by a sharp pain in the low back. This unfortunately is very common and widespread. In fact back pain is one of the top complaints in the workplace. There are a wide variety of potential causes for low back pain; we take a look at some of the more common ones.

The lower back is often referred to as the lumbar. The lumbar consist of five cervical discs. This part of the back tends to take the stress and strain that is put on the body by the forces of gravity. These five discs are connected with soft tissues consisting of tendons, ligaments and muscles.

A Few Steps To End Your Stress With Yoga

Here are a few simple yoga techniques that will help you end your stress with yoga. The first technique or Asana; called the Nishpandabhava. In Sanskrit, Nishpanda means passive and bhava means posture. It can be done with a favorite piece of soothing music playing in the background.

Loosen all your muscles; begin with the hands, feet, legs; sit reclined against the wall. The music facilitates the breathing to become more rhythmic; steadying the mind. Your breath will slowly synchronize itself to the beat of the music playing in the background. Continue breathing deeply and concentrate on your third eye.

Remain in this state for at least 10 minutes. This will slow down the heart rate and reduces the blood pressure. This will also reduce the stress hormones, relax your muscles and your mind will slowly go into the alpha state of meditation. Another Asana called the Shavasana – has similar effects, only the back is stretched out.

The word Shava, meaning a corpse and asana, meaning a pose is to focus on the breath and slowly relaxing your muscles. Lie with your on a floor-mat. Taking a deep breaths focusing on relaxing your toes, the chest, shoulders, neck, chin, jaws, mouth, tip of your nose, space between your brows, forehead then the mind.
