So how important is men’s or male fitness? Fitness is vital for everyone and plays a massive role in almost everyone’s lives, but are you aware that the fittest men always live the longest?

Regardless of their age or even genetics, yes a record of coronary disease in the family is not a factor here, if you exercise regularly and are in great shape you are certain to live a long and active life.

When to Start
