Every year in May we dedicate one day of the year to our beloved person - our mom. We take the time to show our appreciation and our love. On this day when we pay all our attention to her, especially if we have forgotten to do that during the year.
It’s easy to forget our important people in the daily routine. We go fast to our jobs and back home and often we forget them. It is a great tradition to remember our mom at least that once in a year and let her know that we love her.
It is not our gifts that show our love but sharing our memories and emotions, paying her a visit and spending all day with her. This day has a deep meaning for her and for us as well. It is the time to renew our connection.

Throughout their entire lives, most women look forward to the day that they will be given away in marriage. These tend to be some of the happiest occasions that we can possibly attend and if we are fortunate enough to be involved in one, we should feel honored. Displaying our affection and well wishes to the bride and groom is a time-honored tradition but it is also one that can be quite difficult for some people to do.
Something that most bride and grooms tend to get a lot of during their wedding ceremony are greeting cards. Most people just pick these up at their local store, often the drugstore and at times even a supermarket. There is a specific problem with doing it in this way, however, as most people are aware.
Regardless of the size of the wedding and how many cards the bride and groom received, there is always bound to be a duplicate in the mix somewhere. There are many theatre plays and screen films dedicated in his memory. The Lincoln Fest 2009 is a Festival organized by The Champaign Country Historical Museum in remembrance of the 200th birthday of the American President. It was done in Virginia Theatre located in Champaign, Illinois for three days.
